Product Description

Adopt a variety of adsorption materials to achieve a strong polarity and Coulomb field of the crystal hole, achieving stronger adsorption capacity for water molecules and better performance in ultra-low dew point conditions. Compared with PSS-S, under the same demand of low dew point, the energy consumption can be saved by about 15%.

In the case of double rotor system with low dew point requirements, it can be used with PST and heat pumps to achieve medium temperature (70-90° C) regeneration, reducing energy consumption by 40%-60%.

Product Description

 - PSC is an energy-saving desiccant rotor specially developed by puresci for the double-rotors low dew point dehumidification system.

 - Puresci deeply understands the high energy consumption of the double rotors low dew point system.PSC plays the role of "icing on the cake"and fishing touch".

Besides standard dimensions (Diameter and Thickness), non-standard rotors can be customized according to customers' requiremens, such as 50mm, 100mm and 150mm.
If you do not choose the bearings shown above, we can customize the bearings according to customer requirements.

Material

The PSC adopts special inorganic silicate material,and the hydrophilic group adopts special treatment. It is specially designed for low dew point air take conditions. the solid dehumidification material strengthens the capure function of lower polar water molecules in dry air. The capillary effect is improved, and the desorption of water does not require too high energy consumption( 70-90°C is enough).
